The main judiciary board (MJB) in structure of the main thing of judge A.V.Serova, UA3PNO, the assistant to the main thing of judge Serovoj E.V. UA3PNN and main secretary Kotova S.I. RA3PD, has considered results of contest on a radio communication on VHF, devoted G.A.Rumjantseva's memories, UA1DZ, passed 1 - on September, 2nd, 2007 MJB was guided by Regulations about contest, Rules of contest on radiosports, the Instruction on the order of registration and operation of amateur radio stations. Reports of participants and results of processing of reports are given to a judiciary board.

MJB has established the following:

1. STRUCTURE OF PARTICIPANTS OF CONTEST

From among the fixed signal participants 626 sportsmen have taken part in the sent reports in contest from the Russian Federation, the CIS countries and the far abroad from which 293 participants have sent reports to address of a judiciary board that has made 46,8 % from number fixed signal. From among the received reports - 44 it is received " FOR the CONTROL ".

According to Position of contest and the shown results MJB decides:

3.1. A prize for 1 place in group And (1-st, 2-nd, 3-rd and 6-th radioamateur areas of Russia) to award command RW3WR with radio station YEASU FT-817;

3.2. A prize for 2 place in group And (1-st, 2-nd, 3-rd and 6-th radioamateur areas of Russia) to award command{team} RK3WWF with the device for measurement SWR and power CN-101;

3.3. A prize for 1 place in group In (4-th, 9-th and 0-th radioamateur areas of Russia) To award RA4YW with radio station YEASU FT-817;

3.4. A prize for 2 place in group In (4-th, 9-th and 0-th radioamateur areas of Russia)To award RW4HW with the device for measurement SWR and power CN-101;

3.5. With a prize for 1 place in group With (FM stations) to award RK6CG Ponomareva S.A. VHF radio station YAESU FT7800R;

3.6. With a prize for 2 place in group With (FM stations) to award RA6LGV VHF radio station YAESU VX-110;

3.7. With a prize for 1 place in group D (foreign stations) to award UW3E VHF radio station YAESU FT7800R;

3.8. The special prize YL, collected the greatest quantity of points, is awarded to Tokovoj D.A. and Pekachevoj A.M. - to members of command RK6EWQ - a set of the Tula souvenir gingerbreads.

3.9 Are awarded with medals, RW3WR, RA4YW, RK6CG, UW3E borrowed 1 place in the subgroups.
3.9.1 Are awarded with medals, RK3WWF, RW4HW, RA6LGV, UW2I borrowed 2 place in the subgroups.
3.9.2 Are awarded with medals, RW3PX, RW9AE, RX6AA, UR5MGW borrowed 3 place in the subgroups.

3.10 Among participants of competitions, groups A, B, and With entered into first ten, the lottery has been lead, the winner has received a prize - analyzer HF/UHF of aerials MFJ-259B.
